Even low to moderate alcohol consumption is associated with brain degeneration. I personally stopped drinking alcohol 7 years ago and I don’t miss it at all. I’m not saying everyone has to stop drinking, but I do believe that we should all be conscious consumers. The more you know about what’s going into your body, the more likely you are to be smarter with what you choose to consume.
