これ、海外で流行ってた、包まず作る簡単アップルパイ🍎 このレシピ知ってから、手軽に作って楽しんでます😊 皆さんもぜひ🥣 材料(4個分) * 冷凍パイシート:2枚 (ニップンの冷凍パイシートを使っています) * りんご:1/2個 * バター:8gずつ * きび砂糖:10gずつ * 卵黄:1個(なくても大丈夫です) * 粉糖:適量 作り方 1. りんごを半分に切って芯を取り除き、5mm幅にスライスする 2. 天板にクッキングシートを敷き、きび砂糖、バター、りんごをのせる 3. 冷凍パイシートを4個分に切り、1枚ずつ上から被せる 4. パイシートの端をフォークで押さえ、表面にハケで卵黄を塗る (卵黄は塗らなくても大丈夫です👌) 5. 220°Cに予熱したオーブンで15分ほど焼く 6. 焼き上がったら裏返して粉糖をかけて完成
