【新発見】スポンジケーキの作り方ってよく考えてみたら、矛盾してないかな?・「泡立ちがよくなるように卵を温める」のに、最初から砂糖入れて泡立ちを悪くしてる。・「油分は気泡を壊すので最後に入れる」と言われてるけど、そもそも卵黄は油脂だから油を先に入れても問題なし。これに気づいてレシピを作り直してみた。- 湯煎なし卵は冷たいまま- 砂糖は後入れ- 油分と水分を先に入れる- 最後に小麦粉を混ぜる- 粉がなじみやすいので、混ぜるテクニックも不要常識を覆すありえないレシピだけど、難易度ゼロ、誰でも間違いなくふわふわのスポンジケーキが焼ける。すごい発見をしてしまった!と勝手に思っているんだけど、どうだろう?みんな作ってみて教えて~レシピ貼っておきます👇
