Aggravated Assault 1875 Keltner Circle Report #2307001379ME MEMPHIS, TN – On July 3, 2023, at 4:17 p.m., officers responded to an Aggravated Assault call at 1875 Keltner Circle. Officers were advised that three victims were shot at by a Black male and a Black female. The victims were not struck by the gunfire.
