Last week I had the honour of creating this 3 tier centrepiece for my sister in-laws wedding :) It was probably one of the most challenging cakes I have ever had to deliver, and I was kicking myself that I didn't just build the tiers at the venue. If you have the opportunity and time / space to do so, that would be the best thing to do.
