Watercress is so healthy and nutritious. Watercress is easy to grow from the supermarket packets. I got my watercress started in a wineglass. But you can just use a jar or mug of water. Once the watercress cuttings have germinated you can plant them in compost. Or just keep the watercress in the wineglass but it won’t get so big as when growing in compost.
