The kite you see him using here is called a Dual Line Foil Kite which is a frameless stunt kite made of soft, fabric like material that inflates with wind into a soft, airfoil shape and is controlled by the pilot (Adam), using two lines (hence Dual Line), to perform maneuvers and tricks.
