Top suggestions for refine[We have identified two facilities where the supplier was incorrectly entered by the Leasing Relationship Officer, and this error was not detected by the Compliance and Verification team. Consequently, incorrect pay orders were printed. Since the system does not allow supplier amendments once a facility is in current running stage, the only available option is to cancel and rebook the facility in the Lecsy system. However, due to the amendment to the LTV guideline effective 8th November 2025, this will result in deviations in LTV ratios.
