Installing a Chain in the Mixer: A Weekend Project

It was on Speed 1 for about 4 minutes before it died. I don’t think that’s what any sourdough baker is shopping for… To be fair, this is the only machine I’ve done that recipe in. I will test the same quantity and recipe in the other budget stand
