It is American Indian Heritage Month and it is a time to celebrate! Children from across the region spent today learning about American Indian Culture and the Lumbee People. Thank you to all of our dancers, singers the Lumbee Ambassadors, Senior Ms. Lumbee Carolyn Emanuel and Drowning Creek for sharing about Native culture at the annual Lumbee American Indian Culture Day event.
