I took an extra-large, boneless turkey breast from @TheButcherShoppe - seasoned it with brisket rub and smoked it on my Jambo Pits - Ms. Jolene - over @royaloakcharcoal lump and post oak wood for two hours, then wrapped it in foil with a stick of butter. When it hit 162 internal I took it off, let it rest and then sliced it. For such a simple recipe, it makes some fire smoked turkey!
