The ITF Taekwon-Do belt system 🥋 ⏭️ In ITF Taekwon-Do we have 10 colour belt grades from white belt (10 kup) to red belt with black stripe (1 kup). There are nine black belt levels from I to IX dan 👊 ⏭️We also follow the ITF kids program, using additional stripes to keep younger students from rushing them through the Taekwon-Do curriculum. This gives them a sense of progress while also allowing for enhanced emotional and physical development 🔥 ⏭️ belts and stripes are ALWAYS awarded on merit.
