Training only works when participants can see, hear, and stay engaged. For this hybrid experience, we supported more than 500 attendees across a large General Session, multiple breakout environments, two Ad Boards, and a Gala. We used uplighting, pipe and drape, and a three screen display package to create clarity and focus in every room. The environment encouraged participation, supported hybrid presenters, and delivered an experience that kept everyone aligned and informed. #CorporateEvents #H
