The goal with speed training is to raise your max speed ceiling so that your on course swing and speeds rise as well. Lexi Booras is really dialing in her on course speeds and optimizing her driver efficiency. She is able to max out her driver over 110 mph but you can see here how much in balance and control this swing looks even at 106 mph.
