TRACKING KIKO: Hurricane Kiko has quickly re-intensified into a Category 4 system as it nears the Central Pacific. The National Hurricane Center said in data valid at 11 a.m. Kiko’s maximum sustained winds had increased to 130 miles per hour with higher gusts. Kiko was located about 1,195 miles east-southeast of Hilo, or 1,400 miles east-southeast of Honolulu, and was moving to the west-northwest at 10 miles per hour.
