At the heart of an unprecedented exploration of French Polynesia.​ Our Director of Expedition Experience, José Sarica, travelled throughout the Austral and Tuamotu archipelagos to design nine PONANT EXPLORATIONS voyages, including three unique ‘Discovery’ itineraries, aboard Le Jacques Cartier.​ Each location was chosen in collaboration with local communities to design immersive activities that showcase Polynesian culture, including welcome ceremonies, workshops with basket weavers and sculptors
