Today I issued a declaration to authorize the use of more state resources as we mitigate the spread of #COVID19. This includes: - Giving Texas Division of Emergency Management the ability to reassign and fully utilize appropriate personnel where needed - Providing the immediate ability to move resources around the state, including ones obtained from the Strategic National Stockpile - Empowering the Texas Attorney General office to pursue causes of price gouging and ensure offenders are prosecute
