As a huge fan of @ghostbusters since my childhood, I can’t wait to see the new movie out next month, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire… I wanted to make a tribute cake to the original, so of course had to include the firehouse and a huge Stay Puft, each made completely of cake and covered in fondant. I added a Slimer and Ecto-1 car, all entirely handmade from fondant and modelling paste. I then used edible dusts to age and ‘dirty’ the firehouse and street scene, to make it look all the more realistic.
