I cured olives at home for the fourth time and I’m so excited to show you all! This was my first batch that I have successfully been able to remove the seeds from and stuff! I stuffed the olives with walnut Gouda cheese and kept the larger ones whole- the flavor and texture is amazing! Home cured olives are pretty easy to make it’s just a little bit time consuming. From start to finish these took me right around 2 weeks to make! I started out by curing the olives in food grade lye for 12 hours.
