Coconut Cream Buns 🥥🌴😋 Recipe 500g of plain flour 3tsp of instant dry yeast 75g of sugar 1 tsp of salt 2 med-large eggs 200ml of tepid buttermilk or regular milk 50g of softened butter Custard/Pastry Cream 1/2 can of condensed milk (397g cans) 2 egg yolks 2 tsp of vanilla extract 3 tbsp of cornflour/cornstarch 500ml of milk Bake the buns at 180C Conventional Oven for 25 minutes. Allow to cool for a bit then brush with condensed milk and finish off with some coconut on top 👌🏻 Give them a go
