I highly recommend using the invisible decrease when making amigurumi! Insert your hook into the front loop of the two stitches that you are joining together. Yarn over, pull up a loop, yarn over, and pull through. You're essentially working one single crochet through the front loops of those 2 stitches. Then your decreases will look just like a standard SC. That will lesson any gaps that a normal decrease can sometimes make, and make them almost impossible to spot! #thenicolechase #crochettutor
