Peonies.. last year I planted seven peony tubers and two peony plants, and this year they are thriving! I love gardening and working in the soil just as much as I love painting. Each year I add more to the garden, and sometimes I start a painting outside and then finish in my studio I always take lots of photos and videos so I can continue to paint even when they are done blooming. I love the sounds of crickets and frogs and the wind and I try to capture that movement in these floral paintings.
