Look at this precious little (big) baby! Thank you to the Kansas City Zoo for letting us meet the newest member of their giraffe family today! This baby girl was born on Friday and already weighs 105 pounds! Masai giraffes are super shy and protective. We're happy mother Lizzie let us see her! We can't wait for her to join the exhibit when it gets warmer outside.
