The IDF says it has uncovered a sprawling seven-kilometre Hamas tunnel network in southern Gaza, where it believes Lt Hadar Goldin died while being held in 2014 before his remains were returned last week. Footage released by the military shows what it calls one of the “most significant and complex” tunnel systems yet found, stretching 25 metres deep with around 80 rooms used to move operatives, store weapons and hold hostages.
