There is lots of confusion over certain compliance based systems, such an PECs, nothing I have shown in this video is necessarily PECs, but all of them can be control and compliance driven and harmful if put forward in the wrong way. The harm from PECs does not come from the book or little symbols, it is the system used that is the issue… and that system can be put onto any AAC tool.
