A) It depends 😅 If you are an adult starting contortion training as a beginner, it’s safe to assume it will take AT LEAST a year (but in most cases, 2-3 years is more reasonable). If you trained dance, gymnastic, rhythmic gymnastics, etc. as a kid, that time frame *could* be much shorter. But the fact is, there shouldn’t be a rush!
