Here’s our favorite loose leaf tea recipe for fever🙏🏻Fever plays a vital role in fighting illness. From my experience a fever should be worked with not against. The traditional dosage of this tea is 1 to 2 tsp. per cup steeped for 10 minutes and drank warm. It can also be made into a fever breaking bath by making a strong infusion using about 1 ounce of tea to 1 quart of water (steeped a minimum of 1 hr) then added to a tempered bath.
