They call this the cable wood chop, cross-body chop, cable chop, woodchuck, how much wood would a woodchuck chuck.. something along those lines 😆❗️ Whatever you choose to call it, it’s targeting your obliques. But don’t sleep on the anti-rotational element, even more so if you do the move in an unbalanced position. You can execute this exercise standing, on a Swiss ball, on both knees - endless variations.
