Do you ever give neck massages like this? At home seated upright is my favourite way to massage the neck. This movement is more technical than usual but the release is stunning, especially with a thin oil base. (just avoid pulling on hair thru the downstroke) Seated upright is not how we do it in the clinic, but at home (without a massage table) this position is happiness.
