The annual post-Simchat Torah celebration was held in Hebron. Second Hakafot dancing with the Torah took place in the Hall of Isaac and Rebecca, the largest section of the Tomb of the Patriarchs & Matriarchs complex. This hall is accessible to Jews ten-days a year as part of the rotation agreement with the Waqf. In this hall is the entrance into the Cave of Machpela.
