SCI Awareness Month Day 2: Hashmarks • • Over the years a lot of people have stopped and watched Cole’s lift operate, many of whom said that was the first time they realized what the hash marks are for beside handicap spots. They allow space for lifts and ramps, without which parking anywhere would be made much more difficult.
