SPECIAL OLYMPICS TORCH RUN⁣ ⁣ Earlier this morning, members of the Riverside Police Department were honored to participate in this year’s Law Enforcement Torch Run for the Special Olympics. Earlier this morning, members of the Riverside Police Department proudly participated in the #LETR4SOSC, running through downtown and passing the torch to the California Highway Patrol at Victoria and University Avenues. The Law Enforcement Torch Run is the largest public awareness and fundraising event for Special Olympics Southern California, and this year, RPD raised $1,400 to support the cause.
