Yum! 😋 Tried a new halibut dish tonight. Pan-fried halibut with sour cream & onion sauce. Worthy Seafoods halibut rolled in flour with paprika, Firefly kimchi salt, and pepper, then cooked to perfection in cast-iron pan with butter. Steve said next time he would make the sauce thinner and maybe add a little mustard.
