Welcome to Scotland's OTHER holy island! This is Lismore, reached in less than an hour on the Calmac ferry from Oban. It's a very special place, known as the Great Garden in Gaelic. While St Columba was setting up on Iona, St Moluag was building his church right here. Later, Lismore would become home to the Cathedral of Argyll and there are remnants of that building found in the parish church.
