I made this patriotic flag pennant for around $6. It’s super easy to make and perfect for July 4th. What you’ll need: 2 bandanas, Dollar Tree 9ft rope, hot glue, Scissors, and cardboard. I created a template and cut out 9 flags. I hot glued them onto the rope, measuring 3 inches in between each flag.
