NYPD Tactics Saves Lives - Cops, Community AND Suspects Officers in the Bronx arrested a man in possession of an illegal handgun after they observed him firing the weapon at a crowd of people Monday night. Police Officers Harry Delacruz and Cesar Gomez assigned to the 46 Precinct Anti-Crime team were on patrol near Featherbed Lane and Nelson Avenue when they heard a gunshot and saw people running from the location. The officers proceeded toward the area where they heard the gunshot and upon arri
