The music video for “Seventh Of June” holds a very special place in my heart. I'm so grateful that my team and TK, the video’s director, took the time to learn about our family farm and the important memories I made there with my brother Jacob. Throughout the day, we were surprised by so many ‘God thing’ moments, and I could feel the presence of both Jesus and Jacob all around me. “Seventh Of June” is a song that was written about the day that forever changed my life. The day that I lost my big brother Jacob in a tragic car accident. No matter how much time passes, this is a day that will always be so important to me. I really pray this song impacts people and reminds them that it’s ok to grieve.
