Up 5th for SALSA WEEK is the sweet, mildly spicy Ancho Chile Salsa I can eat right from a spoon like candy. But it also works as a topping for antojos, as a relish, or even a dressing for salads. Versions of it in Northern Mexico are sometimes called Salsa de Tijera because you cut up the anchos with scissors. It is so simple I thought I'd just share my quick "how to" video... p.s.
