WHAT IS FIRE? We talk a lot about fire safety, but what exactly is fire? Fire is what we see during the chemical reaction of COMBUSTION. The Fire Triangle shows the things needed for this chemical reaction to take place: HEAT, OXYGEN, and FUEL. Firefighters understand which of these things to tackle to put out the fire.
