Nov 8, 2024 · FlightAware (ping @obj) – is it possible for an account to return to using a password? It looks like this was done to avoid storing authentication data, at the cost of introducing unknown external parties into the authentication flow.

Nov 8, 2024 · EDIT: Just checked a few flights and compared it between my local feeder map and the Flightaware map. The delay is not two minutes but approx. 30 seconds. But what i have identified is a difference of map position in case the aircraft is making a turn.

Oct 15, 2024 · I just setup a new piaware feeder. I’m running a pi4 with 2 nooelec nano 3 rtl-sdr’s. I’m running 1090 & 978, both with diy 1/4 wave ground plane antennas. The antennas are in a 3rd story attic. I used a nanovna to tune the antennas. I get a reliable 150nm, with sprinkles of 200nm+. Still tweaking the system, but pretty happy with how its performing so far.

I’m trying to coordinate images taken from the air with their locations using the image time and the time along the track and would like to automate the process. I am receiving AIS data no problem. but ADS-B no luck. It appears to be running: Just no data. I have even switched the receivers used for AIS, switched the ADS-B cable and antenna. Sep 20, 2016 · Hi I’ve just burned a new SD card with version 3 on it and booted my Pi 3. I run this headless and it needs to connect to my WiFI network so I need to login via ssh to set up the WiFi (I’ve connected a cable temporarily). However, I can’t login to the Pi using the normal user pi password raspberry. What’s the default password for the pi account? Gareth

Oct 29, 2024 · I can’t log in to my account anymore. The site tells me no account with my email exists and it gives me the option to create a new account with that email. The account does still exist. I can see my feeder stats page and it’s still active. Also, it’s not like I’m trying to login with the wrong email. Nov 10, 2023 · To use these packages, just follow the existing install instructions at PiAware - dump1090 ADS-B integration with FlightAware - FlightAware – there is nothing additional needed to automatically use the 64-bit packages on a 64-bit OS install. I wrote a new image to my SD card, and now my existing ADS-B site is offline!
