Officials say a Russian drone has struck an apartment building in a southeastern Ukraine city, killing three people and injuring 10 others

President Donald Trump is calling for Ukraine and Russia to meet for “very high level talks,” saying they are “very close to a deal” after productive meetings.

The Russians attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region in Ukraine using drones. Three people died, including a child, and eight were injured. It's important to note that after the recent massive attacks, Donald Trump called for a cessation of shelling.
