The Indiana Fever closed a four-game season series against Chicago with a 92-70 win on Saturday, completing a 4-0 sweep, this time without Caitlin Clark. It was Clark’s 10th straight absence, a run that had seen the Fever go 5-4 over the previous nine and forced coach Stephanie White to rewire her perimeter rotation on the fly.

At the beginning of July, Cunningham reached her 1,500th career point in the WNBA in her 198th career game. Cunningham was drafted in 2019 by the Phoenix Mercury as the 13th overall pick. Since joining the Fever this season, she has been averaging 7.7 points per game, 3.9 rebounds per game and 0.8 assists per game.
