A driver was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Rosemont on Monday evening, the California Highway Patrol said. The Sacramento County Coroner identified the victim as 28-year-old Rayanna L. Diaz of Sacramento. According to CHP, the crash happened just before 6 p.m. at South Watt Avenue and Kiefer Boulevard.
