A Florida State University student accused of killing two people and injuring six others on campus has been released from the hospital and appeared in court Tuesday morning to face murder charges.

Two men accused of shooting and killing a man last summer near 19th Avenue and Telegraph Pass Road have been arrested.

Phoenix Ikner returns indictment, formally charging him with two counts of first-degree murder. Last month, police say he killed two people and injured several others.
