A series of earthquakes, the largest, measuring 7.1 on the Richter scale, struck Tibet near the Nepal-Tibet border on Tuesday morning. The tremors, which also rocked parts of India, Nepal, and Bhutan, have left at least 53 people dead and 62 injured, according to Chinese state media.
