Damian Lillard has torn his Achilles tendon in his left leg. An MRI confirmed the Bucks’ worst fears on Monday morning, a day after Milwaukee went down 3-1 in their first round series against the Pacers following Lillard’s injury.

The Milwaukee Bucks suffered a devastating blow to their roster on Sunday. All-Star guard Damian Lillard left the game early after he sustained a foot injury, which was eventually diagnosed as a left torn Achilles tendon. With his recent injury, the Bucks' season is at stake against the Indiana Pacers, who hold a 3-1 lead in their playoff series.

Lillard stumbled while trying to grab a rebound at the top of the key, though he managed to tip it off to the corner before he crashed down to the court. As Lillard fell, though, he immediately reached for his left ankle, clearly in a lot of pain.
