Los Angeles police have identified the alleged gunman who opened fire on a driver​ moments after he crashed into a crowd of people outside of a club in East Hollywood in July.

The suspect, identified as Efrain Villalobos, fled the scene after allegedly shooting the driver in the lower back, officials said.

Authorities have identified the wanted man suspected of shooting a driver who was pulled out of a car and beaten after the vehicle plowed into a crowd outside an East Hollywood nightclub earlier this month,
