Temperatures and humidity will continue to climb as we make our way through the upcoming week. By Thursday and Friday, high temps will reach the mid to upper 80s with dew points returning to the mid 70s.

After a surprisingly mild summer across the Sacramento region, temperatures are about to heat up. According to the National Weather Service, triple-digit temperatures are on the horizon for much of Northern California.

A high pressure ridge will suppress the marine layer, clear skies and warm up the entire Bay Area, especially inland.
