Harry Kane joined Bayern Munich 18 months ago, but is already being linked with a move back to the Premier League after it emerged he has a release clause in his contract

Harry Kane has a release clause in his existing Bayern Munich contract, a source has confirmed to ESPN. German newspaper Bild has reported that the 31-year-old had an agreement which could have seen him leave the club this winter for around €80 million (€83.3m) and will be active again in January 2026 when the fee drops to €60m.

Harry Kane is said to be very happy in Germany and has no plans to return to the Premier League any time soon. The England captain, who joined Bayern Munich from Tottenham, reportedly has a release clause in his contract at the Allianz Arena and had the option to activate it during the winter transfer window.
