Priscilla Presley's attorney slammed a new $50 million lawsuit filed by her former business partners that alleges she ignored the signs that Lisa Marie Presley's health was in trouble at the 2023 Golden Globes and "pulled the plug" in an effort to get control of Graceland.

Presley's attorney called the lawsuit "a sad and vicious attempt to falsely tarnish the reputation of an eighty-year-old woman."

Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko filed the lawsuit Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court. Among many other allegations, they say Presley used them to financially exploit her name, image and likeness, hiding the fact that she had sold those rights decades earlier.
